Loved the garden, but the kitchen felt a little small for the asking price.

Great location. Would consider an offer if the price came down slightly.

Price and kitchen size are coming up repeatedly. These are worth raising with your vendor before the listing stalls.

Surface the real blockers early

Know what's holding viewers back before they go quiet. See patterns across all viewings — whether it's price, layout, or condition — and have the right conversation with your vendor before the listing stalls.

The feedback you've always wished you had

Everything your team needs to turn viewings into intelligence — without adding work for anyone.

Consistent questions, every time

Built-in sales and lettings templates mean feedback is comparable across every listing — not a different set of questions each time.

Feedback before you've left the driveway

Drop the link into the follow-up message you were already sending. Viewers respond in under a minute — no app, no login.

Walk into vendor reviews with data

Share a private report link or download a PDF. Vendors see exactly what buyers said — presented professionally, not paraphrased.

Honest feedback, not polished replies

Viewers share more when they know their name won't appear. Contact details are redacted automatically so the data stays clean.

What agents say

From solo negotiators to multi-branch teams.

Vendor meetings used to feel like I was making things up as I went. Now I walk in with an actual report — buyers' own words, structured and anonymous. It's changed how my vendors see me.

Jamie Clarke

Sales Negotiator · Norwood & Partners

Some agents were diligent, others weren't. I had no visibility until a vendor complained. Now every viewing gets the same follow-up and I can see the data across every listing in the branch.

Sarah Hewitt

Branch Manager · Whitmore Estates

I compete against bigger agencies every day. Being able to hand a vendor a proper feedback report — not a scrawled note or a vague summary — makes a real difference to how they see you.

Tom Rayner

Independent Agent

Our landlords kept asking how viewings were going and we had nothing concrete to tell them. Now they get a proper update with real numbers — it's made our renewal conversations much easier.

Priya Patel

Lettings Negotiator · Silverton Lettings

I assumed viewers wouldn't bother filling it in. The response rate surprised me — we're getting feedback from people we'd never have heard from otherwise. It just works.

Marcus Webb

Senior Negotiator · Ashford & Co.

Common questions

Everything agents ask before getting started.

Is this a CRM?
No. ViewingFeedback is focused on viewing feedback and vendor-ready reporting. Use it alongside your existing CRM.
Do viewers need an app or login?
No. They open a link and submit feedback on mobile in under a minute.
Is the feedback anonymous?
The vendor report never names individual viewers — sellers and landlords see aggregated feedback only. You can optionally ask viewers to leave their contact details via a custom question, but it's off by default.
Can I use my own questions?
Yes. Start from a template and edit it, or create your own reusable templates.
Can multiple agents use the same account?
Yes, on the Branch plan (up to 10 users) and the Agency plan (unlimited users). The Independent Agents plan is for a single user.
Can I share the report with vendors?
Yes. You can share an unlisted report link or download a one‑page PDF.
Does it work for lettings as well as sales?
Yes. The workflow is the same — collect feedback after every viewing and share a clear update with your landlord, just as you would with a vendor.
How do I send the feedback form to viewers?
Share a link however works best for you — via WhatsApp, SMS, or email — or show a QR code at the property for viewers to scan before they leave.
How does ViewingFeedback handle viewer data?
By default, no personal data is collected from viewers — responses are anonymous. If you use a custom question to request contact details, you remain the data controller and are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis under UK GDPR. Viewer data is never shared with third parties.
